Aubergine has been an established gourmet kitchen store in Woodstock, VT since 1985.   We, as new owners of the store since July 2007, are hoping to bring new aspects and new ideas, however still keeping to the true essence of the store, it being a tried and true kitchen tradition.
 
We hope to have created a “shop-able” website which offers a  small sampling of Aubergine that captures the essence of our store.
